In December 2006, Atlanta-based Insurance House Holdings Corporation (IHH), an $110 million regional provider of property
and casualty insurance products acquired L. E. Harris. The acquisition added 10 full-time employees and expanded the operational footprint to Washinton, D.C. and Maryland, while also strengthening the position in Virgina.
L. E. Harris is a well respected managing general agency and wholesale broker located in Takoma Park, Maryland. Primarily a commercial lines intermediary with premium volumes in excess of $12 million, this office will continue
to focus on 3 major product divisions: Package (Property, GL, and Inland Marine), Commercial Auto, and Professional Liability.
