Claims can be reported 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A representative with a claim number will contact the insured within 24 hours.

For us to provide the most efficient service to insureds, it is important to know what information is needed at the time a claim is reported:

| • Policy number, date, approximate time, and location of the accident. | |
| • Any information about other parties involved (names, addresses, license numbers, injuries, phone numbers, etc.). | |

| • In general, provide as much information as possible about the nature of the damage. | |
| • If the initial damage to the residence is the result of a covered loss, any temporary repairs made to prevent additional damage from occurring will be reimbursed. | |
